App needs updating for iOS 17.2.1
Drone works great but the app doesn’t work for either controlling or camera connection (with a Syma Z4). Worked on an iPhone running iOS 16.1.1.
On the older device it runs smoothly but low score due to not being compatible with latest OS. Will update if changes in the future.
The app works on iOS
After doing some testing the app works on iPhone. To get your phone connected, go to WiFi, select the correct WiFi. Give it 30 second to 2 minutes and it will connect to the drons WiFi. The reason it won’t connect straight away is because it is a unsecured network. Give it 30 second to a minute and I 100% guaranteed it will connect.
Works brilliantly
Glad to see that the newest update has fixed the issues with the crashing. It works perfectly and would always get another SYMA drone. Thank you for fixing it. 👍
