Approved by the Guild of Master Chimney Sweeps, the Association of Professional Independent Chimney Sweeps, and now supporting independent sweeps. As an independent, certificates and warning notices are unbranded and you can add any details and logos that represent your company, whether you are with an association or HETAS registered, you can make it your own.

Cut down on the paperwork by ticking boxes and selecting from helpful presets to generate a certificate of chimney sweeping in just a few minutes. Capture your customer's signature on your device and add useful information to the certificate, such as customer's payment method, dates of future appointments, and the price of each appliance sweep and any extras sold.
You can enter your commonly used extras and their prices once simply tap to add or remove an extra for the appliance, saving you time writing it up. Prices are automatically added up, and VAT is calculated if you are VAT registered.

Upload your graphics to personalise the certificate with your business and billing details.
Once you have entered your details, one or more appliances, and the customer details, you can then generate the certificate which will be attached to a draft email addressed to the customer for you to edit before sending.

Creating the certificate requires no internet connection so if you're in an area with no mobile data coverage you can hit send on the email and it will sit in your Outbox until you have reconnected to the internet.
For your own records you can access the attachment from the email in your Sent folder.
The certificate is sent as a PDF to maintain formatting, and contains the industry standard national code of practice for chimney sweeps.

In the event that the appliance is unsafe, you will also be able to generate a warning notice to serve to the customer.

Once your customers are set up, you can configure reminder emails - reminders to book automatically sent to the customer if their appliance is due a sweep, and reminders for a booked appointment, sent as many times in the days, weeks and months prior to the appointment, so your customer does not miss their appointment.
