Description

The Revolutionary Master Mediator Tool to quickly search for proven successful, powerful, strategically structured intervention language to surpass impasse in contentious dispute discussions. TRUCE helps the mediator (or anyone who engages in contentious dispute discussions) to:

1) know when to intervene
2) know precisely how to intervene
3) know what the result of the intervention should look like.

This mobile app works best when used in conjunction with the best-selling book, Surpass Impasse: Mediating Disputes with the Thought Resolution Protocol™. The app allows the user to search over 500 Conflict Cues (Contentious phrases people in dispute discussions say) and provides scientific, strategically structured language to successfully intervene to reset the parties on a communicative and productive track towards resolution and settlement of their issues. This intervention approach is straightforward and non-invasive. It does not employ:

1) reverse psychology
2) covert manipulative technique
3) intimidation
4) negative or positive incentives,
5) endorsements
6) judgements
7) advice
8) consultation

The intervention questions employed foster a safe and productive mental environment for the parties in the dispute discussion to deliberate their own contributions to the discussion and to voluntarily and willingly visit and deliberate the other party's contribution. This approach renders the mediator with the highest degree of impartiality and productively active invisibility in the discussion. The approach separates the parties' words, actions, and gestures from the parties' contributions. This separation renders the parties contributions as objective entities, unentrenched and pliable for considering productive resolution perspectives. It is a valuable and handy tool, much like a dictionary or thesaurus.
