This update, we’ve brought our forecast team’s wealth of knowledge front and centre to make your surf check experience faster and more informative. You can now get a summary of conditions for the day at your favourited regions right on the Home screen, see what days our forecasters are paying extra attention to, and get our forecasters’ insights on today, tomorrow and highlights over the next 16 days throughout the app.

Regular User of Surfline
I use Surfline premium regularly to fit in a surf around work & family an is therefore one of my most used apps, the detail provided is really helpful and the surf cams definitely add value, but they can be frustrating when they are down without reason or recognition I.e. it would be helpful to post a note the fault is known and being investigated. In fairness this doesn’t happen that often but the cameras are a great addition during the arrival of swell or game day. On the theme of cameras, would be great to have a smart TV app too. Keep developing :-)
Live Saver ! Literally
Given the criminal attitude of sewage discharge in Britain this superb app can literally save your life . We are open water swimmers , canoe and snorklers …. And have two dogs …. Visit the beaches in Scotland weekly and on holiday bum around in our Stealth Truck around Northumberland other surf bum and mush rider locations . We are self employed so getting ill from criminal sewage dumping not only leads to ill health but could loose us our business if we can’t get over it and don’t want to subject our dogs to others cretinous behaviour so they can profiteer … so please keep up the fantastic work and my MP for Berwick upon Tweed is next on my list for a chat about the unbelievable amounts of deliberate daily sewage discharges whilst the company pay dividends ….
We’d be in trouble without it!
Thanks guys, really appreciate the forecasts/reports! I live too far from the surf to check it out in person, so Surfline is a lifesaver. The forecasts are usually pretty good. Sometimes not quite as good, sometimes better, but never completely wrong. I really like the idea of being able to send live updates when you get to a spot too and really shows your commitment to improving even more. The playback on the videos is pretty awesome too. If you can get some zoom on them, then we’d be cooking. Well worth the price and I’ve been really impressed with the switch from Magic Seaweed (which was also very good)
