Every British traveller should use this company
They have a very easy app to use. Even though I was uncertain of timings they provide advice. Easy to book and you have access on your phone throughout. When you get to the airport you can use the WiFi to check who your driver will be. Your driver will be in the arrivals hall with an iPad or similar with your name on. Our driver was stunning advising us of the time it would take and the changes along the way. We arrived with the worst thunderstorm you can imagine yet we felt completely safe. Will definitely use the next time we travel to USA.
Excellent Service
I have used SuperShuttle a few times now when flying into New York. Often underwhelmed by today’s technology, I cannot fault SuperShuttle for ease of booking on line, or for the flexibility when flights are delayed or late. You receiver texts in a timely fashion and confirmation instructions are clear. As a an older female, often travelling alone, you feel safe travelling with others in a shared vehicle. The Super Shuttle also represents very good value for money when compared for example to taking a taxi in New York. The drivers are courteous and helpful. Truly excellent service.
Good service
Good service, easy to book and competitively priced. We booked spaces a shared mini van to get from jfk to les in New York and were last to be dropped off which took over 2 hours. So decided to cancel the return journey and rebook the private transfer, this was done with ease, got a refund for the cancelled part of the trip and rebooked. Nice drivers both times, would use SuperShuttle again.
