Works perfectly well - ideal unified inbox
Superchat is the perfect product for me. I love that I can integrate all my messaging channels (several WhatsApp numbers, Facebook messenger, Instagram, SMS, Telegram and Google My Business Chat).
The app is perfect for me to have an overview of all messages and answers them from one place. Also, I can see and manage new customer reviews.
Many of Superchat’s privacy and efficiency features, e.g. message templates, are also available on the app. To use the full range of features including e.g. WhatsApp newsletters, I recommend using the web version instead.
Ok. But always looking for better.
The challenge, the idea is good but if it takes Days/weeks to get a respinse, if you even get one it makes you question it its worth spending £1000 for no to very little return at best.
