Needs fixing

Think it’s a great app but it’s crashed for some reason it won’t let me get on to London just keeps loading for hours in installed it and re installed it and it still won’t let me get to London can you please fix this soon as I enjoy the game

Won’t let you past London - Don’t pay for upgrades!!!

I see reviews from a year ago stating the same thing. You can complete 2 hotels but once you unlock the 3rd (London) it just won’t load.
Most other reviews also state they paid for more coins/gems and didn’t receive it, but the money was still taken, unfortunately I didn’t read the reviews until after this had happened to me also. No way of contacting, very disappointing!
Really good game up until that point! Please fix the game and refund!

Enjoyable

It’s really good and I’m getting there with upgrading rooms and all the activities but it’s getting to the point where it keeps crashing and I don’t want to delete it because I’m enjoying it so please please fix it from crashing
