Ratings and Reviews
Not bad but has issues
Insurance side is great but compared to other banking apps, it is down too often for maintenance.
Also occasionally requires a phone restart otherwise you have to re input login details.
Would good to be able to search for transactions by ben or acc number
Slow and always down for maintenance
If you don’t want to be able to access your banking most of the time, I’m sure this app would be just for you. It often ~60% of the time shows that there are no accounts listed, and that an “error occurred”.
Either that, or it’s down for maintenance
Something’s gone wrong
Just downloaded the Suncorp app and registered with my customer number and password and got as far as the page with “Email address for easier login “ , pressed continue and got the same page with “Something’s gone wrong “. Not sure what to do now, seeing that I’m based in the UK.
