Is it a scam we save raffle tickets but they are not numbered and you don’t hear of the people who have won so how would we know how we have won is it a fix and who won the van I have entered but not heard anything of yet I have saved and bought sun papers and had holidays but by the time you have paid for the caravan holiday for four people and paid for linen and passes and facilities I find is it worth it.

The app isn’t the issue, the rules are. I wrote to the help@the sun address to say I didn’t know the rules that you couldn’t scan codes older than 35 days old and had built up a back log of papers at home as I haven’t been going into work and reading on the train. Despite corona I have bought the paper every day still and have done for over 30 years.
I then spoke to a chat representative who said my emails were not received and after telling me he couldn’t find anyway of letting me use the codes or adding £10 to my account to catch up from lost codes (my papers date back to 17/3 when lockdown began) that I had to write to MANAGER at the custserv address instead and they would deal and I still haven’t heard back from them either!?

Thanks for your amazing offer, it has been great watching the money grow. I also enjoyed some of the other offers, like trips to the cinema/theatre, footballs, etc. The money I am drawing out this time will purchase a new lithium battery for my golf trolley, which should give me many hours of pleasure.
