Password
Just wondering why I’ve had no feed back. I’ve had this app for a while, was going ok until it log me out. Know they is no where I can get back on too it because no remember user name and password that I created over a year ago. So where is there that I can receive a new password etc
Horrendously bad
Would give 0 stars if I could. Run a small restaurant and it’s so problematic. Support team are slow and ineffective. Took over an hour on the phone to support when I had printer problems and they told me that it was probably due to the weather. Avoid at all costs. I am looking to swap immediately and spend a little more money but have reassurance that I’ll get paid for the food we serve
Little functional
I’m giving only one star because thanks god I can see my sales in the app. The menu function just doesnt work on my iphone.
It would be good to have more options with the iphone such as counting stock or wastage log, instead of using ipads for everything.
