Booked a course of £1365 and realised it wasnt for me i asked for a refund and they couldnt give me the whole amount considering it says 100% money back guarantee i even went to get refund before 45 days and still didnt get the full amount… they had took £400 off me for no reason i didnt have not one lesson from them absolute joke in my opinion wouldnt recommend anyone to go for them.. called passmefast and the test they could give me was in april not fast at all
Do not get pass me fast.
Awful company, rubbish instructors, shocking communication. I spent £1650 on a stupid course. My driving instructor was constantly late, even on my test date. I have waited nearly a year for another test. Don’t get me wrong I had one in September l, two months away from now. Cancelled. Amazing. Don’t waste your money. No communication, emails are rubbish, everyone over the phone are rubbish. Don’t trust this company.

I’m currently showing no lessons but I’m currently the middle of a package of lessons. I have repeatedly been sent a reminder for a lesson on. Monday that I’m not due to have ( it’s on Wednesday) I can’t change it. No one ever answer emails.
I can’t see my progress or my intructors notes even though I was told I would be able to keep track.
I was told I could reschedule my test through the app- absolute lie.
Chat function is rubbish too.
Really wish I’d never signed up with this company as now I’m stuck with them until my package runs out.
Terrible service and and app that’s not fit for purpose.
