Storage Cleaner-Clean Up Phone 4+

I loved using this app it was a great way to store any of my private things on the secret space part of the app and it did a great job at helping to free up some space on my phone BUT today once I opened the app this subscription pop-up thing came up and there is NO WHERE on the screen to exit from it and I’ve been using the free part of the app for about half of a month and now this subscription thing will not go away and I’m worried that anything i have saved on there will be lost if I delete the app if that’s my last resort if this problem isn’t fixed

Hello. I’m not complaining about the app itself. I am concerned about the period of time this app is taking to download. I cant even talk about the insides of the app since its not downloaded. This is ridiculous. I have been waiting 1 whole hour for this app and im giving up. I need more space. I cant even take pictures anymore because of my storage. I have 500 pictures in my camera roll. My friend has about 6000 and she has the same amount of space that i do. I don't know if its my phone that is the problem. I wouldn’t recommend downloading this app. It takes too long to download. Again, this might just be my phone since I have no space. If the case, I apologise. Im only giving this a 3 star because I do not know what the app looks like. Im just not sure if its my phone or the app. Thanks for reading.

I sat for the past 3 hours on my phone looking at the 12,000 photos on my camera roll to delete. This app organised it and then when I had finished checking all the ones I wanted in case the app has selected incorrectly or not up to my standards, I get a notification that says if you’d like to delete the 5,000 photos you’ve selected, you need to pay for a 3 day trial then £6 for week. The other option was to watch 256 ads??

Why have I sat down for this long just to get a notification to say I cannot delete my photos until I have done this. I wouldn’t have organised it in the first place if I knew this would happen.
This is just my experience and my opinion. Others may disagree.
