Brilliant
I think this app was just what I needed. I’m now on day 23 and I have been well below my allowance each day. It’s really given me the motivation I needed. It would be nice to be able to set the charts to start and finish at set times. I work night shifts and very regularly awake 24hours +. The way it works at the moment if I don’t have a smoke until the afternoon it starts then. So I don’t really get to see my progress.
