not finished let alone polished and £5’s worth IMO.

It does the job but only just.

There seems to be a lack of imagination regarding functionality and too much on styling.

Functionally it doesn’t…
Sync all the notes (after a sync failure message you will need to edit every unsynced note before it will sync again).
Auto sync with iCloud.
Have an auto re-synce timer.
Have a dropbox option.
Have an option to sync note positions and size.
Have a menubar icon or dock menu for quickly adding new notes.
Have a Dashboard widget for those who like to keep things a little tidier and more private.

Stylistically it doesn’t…
Seperate note colour from not style thus restricting the usable/useful combinations.
Have any alternative fonts.

Some of these points I’ve listed may just be me being picky but many are also to be expected/required in such an app.

I look forwad to future revisions as long as they include some or all of these points.

Thanks for your review.
After a sync failure you dont have to edit every note again to sync, you can just click File -> Sync now.
There is an auto re-sync timer, it auto syncs every 60 seconds of inactivity, but in future updates, the time will be adjustable by users.
There is no way to sync notes position and size, because there are different screen sizes and resolutions, and it will look different at different monitors.
Dashboard widget option is deprecated, there is a Today Widget replacement for that. All the other suggestions are very important, and will help improve the app.

Almost there

Love the ability to pin to desktop, folders and to set translucency. Fast and efficient syncing with the iOS app widget in iOS 14. Still needs:
1. Ability to add photos/screenshots (I understand this might be difficult with the images showing in the ios version widgets but would be very very useful).
2. Ability to minimise individual notes.
3. Ability to modify text Bold, Italics, Underline etc.
4. It would be nice if we could have bullet points.

Good notes

I loved the notes, so easy to use and good designs. However, there is no option to copy in a screenshot/image - this would have been useful!I also was not able to minimise individual notes. Other than that I can recommend the post it notes.
