Unable to connect via mobile network
I am not able to access the app via the internet whilst using the mobile network. However it is possible to connect using Wi-Fi. The error message I get is as follows:
“No internet connection, please confirm the network status or try again later.”
Please have a look and fix this.
Application cannot launch at iPhone 7 plus
This application cannot launch at iPhone 7 plus （iOS 13.3）at all. I wish it can be addressed A.S.A.P.
