This app is an iPhone app that automatically measures and records your squats.
◉ Squat automatic measurement
When you squat with your iPhone, it automatically counts the number of squats using your iPhone's accelerometer.
◉ Count voice guidance
• Voice Guidance: You can hear the number of squats by voice. No need to remember how many you did or look at the screen.
◉ Automatic workout recording
It automatically records the date exercised, the number of times per set, total number of times, time required, maximum number of sets, time per set, rest time, highest number of times, and calories burned.
◉ Squat Speed Analysis
You can automatically measure the time taken for each number and check it with a graph.
◉ Different types of squat measurements
• Target count: You can automatically measure the number of minutes the target counts.
• Goal time: You can automatically measure how many times you do in a target time.
• Maximum number of times: You can measure the maximum number of times and times without time and number restrictions.
• Sets: You can create a routine by specifying reps and rest times for each set.

• You can create and challenge your own number of times and time-limited goals.
◉ Workout Calendar
• You can check at a glance the days you exercised and the days you didn't exercise on the monthly calendar.

• Record your workout results in Apple Health, read your profile information from Apple Health and use it to calculate calories.

Ratings and Reviews
Right idea… not perfectly executed
Most of the app is fine and it’s good for keeping a record of what you’ve done. However, the app is littered with constant ads (don’t get me wrong, I expect ads in a free app as that’s how they stay free… but having one every single click is a bit excessive and off putting) and I’ve had issues with it not completing workouts that I’ve definitely completed. The tracking interface is messy, I’ve had to reset the app multiple times when it’s closed the calendar and gone to a general page of stats, I’ve not been able to return to the original monthly view.
Could be an ideal app if these things were refined and I will happily correct to a 5 star if these things are fixed.
My complaints can certainly be worked around if like myself you’re just using this to count how many you’ve done a day for a monthly challenge. If you’re someone who will use this religiously and needs an app to rely on, perhaps shop around.
