This app is absolutely atrocious
I’m going to be blunt and say, this is the most unbearable app I’ve used on my phone. I am unable to enter the app, click on what I want and get the internet I want. Talking about internet connection, since I made a subscription I haven’t been able to use the internet not once without it disconnecting every time. I’m tired of having to always call customer service to figure out the problem.
The old version of the app was way better and accessible. It’s either you fix this app or go back to the old one. Thank you.
App service not good
Please can you try and fix this app cause it is not working as it should always saying network problem i have been trying to use it for a month now the old app is better in all possible ways!! Very disappointed with the app.
Waste of Space
This is the most useless app ever. Keeps going blank and can’t seem to do anything on it. I always have to delete and reinstall all the time.
