Speaking clock, talking clock
Speaking clock is a free application. Using the app to give you voice announcements means you do not have to watch the clock to know the current time.
The application has a bundle of Vietnamese, English languages, and in subsequent upgrades the developer will add other language packs.

Nice except for...
A nice app if it didn’t have so much adware . The incessant ads make it too annoying to use, though I don’t find the time-announcing voice particularly pleasant either. Stopped working it seems with latest iPhone upgrade. Deleted.
Best App ever!
This App actually works unlike the other App that I paid for!
Great for having the time every 15 minutes into my Bluetooth hearing aids!
Grammatically inaccurate
Like the simplicity of the app, but not the use of English:
15:00 should be read as
“fifteen hundred hours” or “three PM” or “three O’Clock in the afternoon”
(NOT 15 hundred O’Clock)
