It been chaotic for weeks the website is awful the last one was so clean and clear when booking classes

Needs a lot of improvement
The waiting list system is now utterly terrible compared to EA. You can no longer easily select to be added to the waiting list in the app booking section, and then get a push notification when a space becomes free. Instead you have additionally login to the long winded and clunky website and create a ‘class alert’ (if you can even remember what day you were trying to book by the time you’ve done all that), and you’re then sent a hard to read email if a space is free. I know it’s early days, but do worry Southwark just don’t have the experience to manage these systems and apps effectively.
Unable to get notification when in the waiting list
The app is much worse compared to previous everyone active as you are unable to get any type of notifications & most importantly you don’t get notified in any way when a space becomes available and you are in the waiting list. I have multiple times, called & visited the gym and they can’t do anything to fix this with the excuse this is IT issue. If it wasn’t for the limited gym options in the area I would have definitely left months ago.
