Description
SonarVision is now available anywhere Google Maps' panoramic images are available (so basically anywhere in the world).
SonarVision guides you with sub-meter precision on pedestrian routes prepared and verified by your loved ones.
Step 1: Create a route between two locations.
Step 2: Ask a friend or a loved one to verify and customize the route.
Step 3: Follow the route independently with SonarVision’s ultra-precise guidance.
The app is 100% accessible with VoiceOver and was designed from the ground up with the help of many visually impaired individuals.
SonarVision uses a VPS (Visual Positioning System) developed by Apple. It compares the video captured by your phone with Apple or Google Maps’ panoramic images to refine your position to within one meter.
