I downloaded this game as a recommendation from Freecash. Deposited £8 (which was taken from my back instantly) played for a while and was enjoying it and even won some money. I’ve tested a lot of games for Freecash and one thing you must always do is test the withdrawal process. All the adverts and promotions from Avia state it’s an easy process and I can say now it really isn’t. Started the withdrawal process on the 30th October and the first 3 times it was rejected. Reached out to customer service and each time they were unable to tell me why it had been rejected?? They then proceed to tell you to resubmit the request. The latest withdrawal request was made on the 7th November and although it states they will review in 72 hours I’m still waiting, upon reaching out to customer support again apparently it’s a problem with their system and won’t be fixed for at least a week, even though as if by some miracle for the business they are still able to process deposits instantly which is great news!!!! Please don’t waste your money by depositing anything to avia unless you are happy to never get any winning paid out!!

If you are great at solitaire then this game is for you but if you aren’t that I wouldn’t reframe from trying. Also cash outs take way too long. I won an extra £5 from my initial deposit (total withdrawal was £13) but I’ve yet to get it. I don’t know why it will take 72 hours to review it especially because there are rules in place before you are even allowed to withdraw money. Also all reviews that say they don’t need to make a deposit to make cash are lairs, you can get 10p here and there but the minimum amount to play for money is 50p and even then to get a decent cash out without any fees you can only withdraw £10 (the actual minimum is £2 but there fees). The likelihood for winning money without deposits is very, very low and you probably need to win every single game you play (not possible)!

Edit: I did get my money but the wait time is a joke. It’s still fun to play but unless you want to take the risk, reframe from using money and play with the jems instead.
