Not able to recognise an application Update
My app has stopped working. The error with login attempt is “Please update your application version to proceed”. When I go to update the app, it shows it is already updated. I have updated my OS, also deleted the app and reinstalled it, but the issue remains. The app was working fine before.
Problem with registration .

i just downloaded the IOS App and trying to register my account but unfortunately i am unable to do this as problem coming with uploading remittance records could you please solve this issue . Thank you in advance.
Issues with TT reference in UK
It is not recognising the transaction reference from online remittance receipt. I have successfully made remittances from Uk to Pakistani bank account but none of the transactions are recognised by app. Can you advise if sending money online via agents (Lyca/Ria etc) in UK is supported ? If not then please state it openly coz it is very frustrating at the minute. Otherwise please advise what should be done to get the transactions recognised. I use Transaction ID from the receipt as TT reference .
