Description
Softworks Time and Attendance mobile app allows employees to clock in and out on their smartphones wherever they are and includes their GPS location. To enable this application your business must already use Softworks Solutions.
Using Softworks Mobile Employee Self Service employees can;
- Clock In or Out (with GPS location).
- View clocking history.
- Book a holiday/vacation.
- View current holiday/vacation balances.
- View approved and pending approval leave requests.

The worst software I’ve ever used
Absolutely diabolically awful beyond comprehension. On the rare occasion it actually lets you log in, it probably won’t let you clock in or out. Whole sections of the app randomly disappear for days at a time, which keeps things interesting I guess? Don’t even bother trying to check your holiday balance or book a day off on it.
The worse
You only see your clocks and holiday balance! You can’t book holiday or even see your roster. Every time you’ve to call IT to reset your password and it still wouldn’t work. It’s a complete waste! I wouldn’t use this crap if it wasn’t for work
Some things work, some things don’t.
Great for checking holiday balance. Doesn’t always register if I use to clock in or out. Can’t view my roster or timesheet - as I mainly downloaded to keep an eye on my flexi balance I think I’ll probably be deleting 🤷🏼♀️
