Great little app than does one thing really well.
I didn’t realise I needed an app like this until I saw it reviewed somewhere. Previously I’d been keeping lists of things I wanted to read/watch/play/listen to in Notes and To Do apps, neither of which were ideal... That’s where Sofa steps in.
Now when I read about a show I think I’ll like or a friend recommends a movie, I just add it to Sofa. I’ve even got custom lists based on those ‘10 Netflix Horror Movies you simply must see’ articles that you can’t avoid...
When I first downloaded it I was disappointed to find a small flaw that stopped it from being perfect: namely that when you enter the name of book, movie etc the app looks it up from somewhere and pulls in an image and descriptive text. I’m not sure where it’s getting its info from but there were definitely a few things I wanted to add that it couldn’t find so there was no way to add them to my lists...
I emailed the developer who assured me he was working on this, and lo and behold, the ability to add custom entries has just been added. He even emailed me to let me know in case I’d missed it.
So, take the app for a spin and see what you think. And, if you like it, support it by buying some in-app custom skins and icons.

Brilliant app, brilliant service!
I’ve used Sofa on and off for about a year. Before today, I’ve never fully moved from my notes app, due to one particular issue with the payment system. Yesterday, I emailed the dev who overnight, significantly changed the way payments worked. I instantly purchased.
Not only is the app great, the customer service was amazingly responsive. Yes the lifetime purchase is expensive, but in my opinion fully worth the money, particularly with the amount of work that goes into it.
In future, I would love to be able to have different lists nested within the main lists (this might already be a premium feature, but I’ve only just started playing with premium) for example, my apps could be better organised into games, productivity etc.
If you are using your notes app to save things you want to watch, read etc, do yourself a favour and use this instead. You won’t regret it.

To organize your lists more, try creating "Groups". Tap the + button in the top left of the app. Then you can organize your lists into multiple groups.
