Withdrawal Process Lengthy and needs specific guidelines

I have been using SocialGood now for a few months. Like others managed to withdraw $6 but then in a ‘lengthy’ wait time now to withdraw, even though I have several referrals and also bought over £100’s in goods via the likes of AliExpress and Temu. All purchases still spending from months ago. Still unsure about the app. I understand it’s an app where they want you to keep money in and only be able to gradually draw out. It’s just the amounts and times you can withdraw. Needs to states more in the guidelines regarding how many purchases you need to make and how often. Regarding referrals this should almost definitely decrease the waiting time for withdrawals and increase the amount. The app states ‘within a week’ for the second withdrawal, that’s been like that for over 3 weeks now, small print states that you are in a queue and then depends on how often and how much you shop. Just doesn’t state the limits. I’ve read lots of reviews on different platforms and the reviews are mixed. I’m still in that state of mind too. I like the platform just the guidelines/rules need be clearer.
