Ratings and Reviews
Good service but violates the users privacy!
Great app. However, the app force all users to share their location and not allowing any user to access the app using VPN for security! This is really annoying and I might start using again the website version to overcome this annoying thing.
Very slow and outdated
I do not understand why the largest bank in the kingdom and they are not investing in their first point of contact with their customers?
I think the reason is they focus on companies rather than individuals.
The app is slow and the interface seems vey outdated. To The developers please look at the digital banks around the world and their apps and how they work and what they offer… for example check Monzo in the UK. And many other… if you want a better user experience you have to catch up with the rest otherwise you gonna fall behind.
Good when works - not helpful for a banking app
Banking apps should be the most stable app you own. This works fine and is user friendly when it’s actually working, it’s down way to much for such critical software.
