SnapMyEats - Paid Surveys App 17+

I have been using this app for over a year with no problems. Last week there was a technical issue with the loading of this app where it wouldn't load a survey I contacted support about this & instead of resolving the issue with the app they disqualified me & closed my account staying I had breached their terms & conditions which I hadn't. I have appealed this to no avail & lost any credit I had on the account until this point I would have given them 5 stars as I had been paid promptly each month. I am not the only person experiencing this issue & looking at the comments on their face book page they have no attention of resolving issues of this nature with anything other than disqualifying users of the app. So users beware.

I submitted so many valid receipts which equalled to an amount of £20. I only received £5 and I had to keep asking why only £5 was received. I was told that the maximum you can earn is only £5 a month. They should have made this clear in the terms and conditions and upon joining first. Also they don’t tell you why a receipt is invalid and they don’t accept online receipts, or food order receipts via mobile app.

Unfortunately after receiving my first £1 payment I haven’t received payments for February and March that should have been £5 and £4. I was in touch with Olivia via email and she asked for email address ....mobile phone number....screen shot of what I was owed. All of these were supplied but then I received no answer...and no payment....not impressed.
....now I’m being asked for a nickname....I have supplied one....but that didn’t work....what is your next question or excuse.

So after a few months I thought I would give this app another try. I started to send receipts nearly 2 weeks ago and still nothing is showing when I add more receipts. This app is a complete waste of time and not to be trusted at all. I sent an email a few days ago and haven’t had an answer either. Rubbish, beware!!
