Terrible customer service

I purchased a UK digital subscription to The Smithsonian nearly three weeks ago. Since that point I've been unable to download a single edition despite paying nearly £15 for the privilege. I've been in touch with their customer service who reply nearly a week later with the suggestion to force close the app. Thanks for that. I'm giving them one more chance and then will pursue a full refund from iTunes. A shame because I enjoy the articles I read on their website but for some reason the app seems incapable of knowing whether you have subscribed or not, even if you purchase the subscription via the app itself.

I have reported twice within this app that the June 2020 issue is missing but have had the courtesy of a response
