Smart TV Things for Sam TV App 4+

As per all other reviews......

Simply doesn’t work - and I am an IT professional so it’s not a case of misuse or lack of understanding.
Ridiculous that the app has to be manually reconnected to TV every time - so quicker to use the remote control - and all efforts to cast to TV just end in blank app screen.
So, utterly redundant app. Like others, I’ll try to get my £20 back tho it seems like it’s a brick wall in terms of support.
For sure, don’t waste your money - or time.
UPDATE: no response from devs to my email requests for refund/help. I’m astonished Samsung have allowed themselves to be party to this.

SCAM!!! - DO NOT DOWNLOAD

I downloaded and signed up for the 3 day free trial and it immediately took the £20 from my account, with no option to cancel my trial or refund. The contact us button doesn’t work. The app doesn’t connect to the tv. It’s a scam product and I’ll be reporting to Apple.

*Update*

Received a response against my review from the company asking me to email about the issue, which I already did 6 days ago with no response! I reported the issue directly to Apple and received a full refund. Suggest all others do the same.

Scam

I was tricked into buying this. Buy a new Samsung TV and it says to download Smartthings to set it up. Search for smartthings and this stupid app appears as top hit. So I downloaded and opened and it wanted seventeen quid straight away. But it’s the wrong app. I won’t use it and i can’t return it. Thank you Apple and thank you developer. Enjoy your twelve quid developer. I doubt if you even noticed your six quid Apple.

I’m sure it’s really my fault. But I think a huge backlash against smartphones is coming.
