I love smart cabs, efficient, prompt and caring. Their app is equally impressive, user friendly, a brilliant way of managing, and paying for your taxi journeys. Since my mum had to give up her car, this is a safe and friendly replacement. Very impressed 11/10
Fast and reliable app
Works perfectly every time. It’s great being able to finally hail a taxi in rural areas using your smart phone and be able to pay for the trip using card.
Payments not clear
The apps good for getting taxis but when it comes to paying I get a different cost every time even if I go for the same car and trip but it says on the booking button it should be a set price but when I look at my bank it’s a completely different number!!
