Great machine horrid app

The F&P SleepStyle machine is brilliant and completely changed my life. Sadly the app seems to have been an after thought. It really has a mind of its on. There’s times it works perfectly then one day it’ll decide to simply stop. I try and reset the already connected Bluetooth function. Sometimes that works. Sometimes I have to reset the app and loose all historical data. Sometimes that works. Right now I’ve tried both and neither work. It says it’s connected and i just have to wait until morning. This has also happened before and i just have to wait until the app feels ready to start playing again. Sometimes that works. Personally if I had created this app I’d be mortified at putting it such a low quality product for public consumption. I really hope these reviews are helpful in encouraging the app development team to consider a new line of work as this clearly isn’t where their strengths lie. I’ve decided to give up on the app and note my results with pen and paper from the machine every morning I wake up. To be fair the results on a piece of paper are just as useful as the amount of data provided on the app.

Frustrating app, good machine

Have spent/wasted a lot of time trying to synch my F&P SleepStyle to this app. It’s very random and inconsistent. Started reasonably well for a week and now drops connection and despite re loading the app and trying far too long connect from settings, both machine and phone ignore each other. Such a shame as CPAP machine itself seems great. Will have to resort to writing everything down which, in this day and age, is pretty poor but important to record the data and any patterns. Would have hoped app would have been similar quality to the machine, however that’s not the case for me. This lower expectations. Duncan

Bluetooth poor and unreliable

CPAP machine is very good, but let down by this poor app. Bluetooth does not connect reliably. Have to keep resetting PIN or power supply
