Amazing products and app but there is a couple of things to fix

The video door bell battery last 2 days max there is no specific indication that the battery is completely charged because if you go close to the camera ether in on or off position looks like the motion sensor makes the light to blink blue and yellow 9 out of 10 times the camera wasn’t fully charged
the light was steady blue
Is there a way to make the indoor camera record even when the system isn’t armed and can you add a schedule for the indoor camera to record without being armed at night for example I don’t want the indoor sensor to keep detecting movement only the camera to record with motion detection
Please create an update for the videodoor bell to indicate that is charged completely
or at least give us a specific time that the system needs to be fully charged

Everything else is super easy to set up and connect. The video doorbell chime on the other hand, just won’t connect to the app using my iPhone 14 pro max. Searched and found others have had issues whilst trying to set it up using the same model. Ended up having to use another phone (iPhone 11 pro max) to set it up and had no problem. Had all the tech less than a week and I’ve had to take my doorbell off for charging for the second time and now it won’t reconnect. Had to remove it and now having to wait for a friend to come to set it up again using a different phone.
The camera and sensors are great. Though adjustment of the water sensors may be needed as had a few false alarms.
If you have Ring or another video doorbell service that works great, I wouldn’t recommend installing the sky video doorbell as a replacement unless you have a phone model that hasn’t got any issues in the set up process.

I must admit that I a little sceptical when I read all the reviews especially regarding the doorbell battery life. I’m 73 and my 14 year old grandson had this set up in no time and all he left me to do was finish charging the video doorbell and mount it on the wall outside the front door. I don’t have any problems at all with the doorbell battery but I did leave it on charge for 36 hours before it was used. It was a win win for me as the Sky quote for my insurance was £100 less than I could find elsewhere and it came with all this security package.
