App Stopped Working
Have been using the app without major issues for about a year now. However in last few days the app no longer works. Whether you click on the Live stream or one of their other videos it’ll load a single frame and then you’ll see the spinning circle.
Looking online it looks like this is a problem for other too though some people had this issue for months. The app has been updated since October 2015.
Tried the suggestion to delete the app, reboot the Apple TV and then reinstall. Same issue remains.
Hopefully Sky will update the app soon and I can give it back it’s 3-4 star

Hi guys since tvOS 12.3 your sky news app never seems to work could you maybe do a update to fix the freezing!!
Live stream not working
Since the app was updated the live stream and videos never load
