While utilising my Skullcandy ANC2 headphones, I find it incumbent upon myself to articulate my disappointment with the accompanying application. Regrettably, its performance falls short of the dazzling auditory experience provided by these devices. I yearn for a smoother user experience and a broader array of transition effects. Furthermore, greater granularity in sound customisation to align with individual preferences would be greatly valued. It would be a commendable stride if the application were to integrate compatibility with high-fidelity music services such as Tidal. In summary, I anticipated a more polished and comprehensive experience from the application, commensurate with the distinction and excellence of the headphones themselves.

Doesn’t connect to my Grind Fuel at all! Followed all troubleshooting advice, nothing! Won’t find the earbuds, pointless addition to your app list. Bluetooth on and connected, even playing music on them at times, but still won’t connect. I’ve put the earbuds on the phone, still nothing! So if you want an app the shows a graphic of something trying to connect and then a message saying ‘try again’ this is the app for you! Personally, I’m glad I deleted the app that worked before and got this, because I wanted a non functional waste of storage on my phone!

I had the old skullcandy app for my crusher evos and despite having mostly negative reviews I never had any problems with it and it was quite good.
I recently purchased crusher ANC2s and got them I was instructed to use this app. This is absolutely awful. It’s very glitchy, fails to connect to headphones all the time and doesn’t provide accurate battery data as stated in other reviews.
