A Favourite!
Born in Hamburg, Germany, my mother died in May this year - 100 years old! She was a passionate Skat player as long as I can remember and even won a great trophy. I was very proud of her, but could never match her. I have lived in England for well over 50 years and missed playing Skat, especially with her. A few weeks ago I downloaded this Skat App and play again with a passion - against my husband and my mother! She is still winning, and I have still got a lot to learn. Thanks a lot for giving me the opportunity to play again - at home with my Mum! I just love it.

I have been using Skat V7 for many years, having played extensively whist serving in the army in Germany but not found any ‘live’ players in the UK.
A recent upgrade to Yosemite cauesd some odd diplay issues so I bought V9.
Version 9.2.2 is very much improved over V7, the AI play a much stronger game all round with fewer mistakes.
Adding Ramsch makes it much more fun.
Against V7 I used to win the series about 8 out of 10 times, now it is more like 5 out of 10 which makes it much more enjoyable.
