Good app
Simple app that works well.
Not enough situps for each session
Fantastic app except would be better for a 7 day routine and more situps for advanced users!! I have had to amend the amount i do each day, i'm already doing 100 x 5 sets for the 3rd week (if i'd left at original setting i'd only be doing about 20)!! Apart from this though you can have music playing in background for motivation and you really don't want a miss a session, if updates could include everday workouts this would be 10 stars!!!
Good app, needs features
Good progressive training aid. Would be improved by addition of personal settings for warm up and cool down times, and sync functionality with other apps like myfitnesspal
