Terrible app and service
The app does not work the contact phone number they put on the pre paid sim to call for help is disconnected so we had to go the shop as we bought 2 pre paid sim and neither would work they guy in the shop at harbour city was rude and unhelpful told us nothing he can do they know these sim do not work the best you will get is data only as the calls and texts do not work it can’t connect to the app and if we need more help go to the main store. Total rubbish service and company don’t by this they will not help and your money is lost
