Description
Simple Call Blocker is a utility that lets you block unwanted calls to your iPhone.
It allows you to block individual numbers, or ranges of numbers.
You may also add individual numbers or ranges of numbers to the Allow List, so that they will not be blocked by this app, even if they are in the Block List. Optionally, you may also allow all of your phone's contacts.
## Does the app contain a list of known phone spammers to block?
No. Simple Call Blocker does not provide or maintain a known spammers blacklist. There are several other iOS call blockers that do, which you can use for free, if that feature is important to you. You may use Simple Call Blocker in conjunction with one of those other apps to blacklist additional numbers.
## Why would I use this app?
Three reasons:
1. Simple Call Blocker allows you to block a range of phone numbers, to help prevent “neighbor spam”, for free. Other apps may let you blacklist individual phone numbers, but require an in-app purchase or paid subscription to block ranges of numbers.
2. Simple Call Blocker does not collect your personal information. You do not need to provide it access to your contacts unless you wish to enable the “allow all contacts” option. In contrast, some call blockers require a subscription or even a login to their web service in order to work.
3. Simple Call Blocker is designed to be very simple and reliable. In contrast, with many call blockers, it is hard to determine how many numbers are in the blacklist, whether or not the “Call Directory app extension” is loaded, and so on.
## Privacy Policy
Simple Call Blocker does not collect any of your information, period. No data within the app or accessed by the app is ever transmitted to the developer.

This should come as standard with phones.
I get tens of spam calls a day. You know, the ones where they use multiple geographic area codes and ring you at a similar time every day.
When you answer, the delay and then the noise of their autodialler connecting you.
But when you look through your call logs, it’s clear these people have access to hundreds of presentation numbers in a certain range.
Being able to block by range of numbers means that the number of spam calls you get diminishes significantly and rapidly.
This app is simple to use and has cut down the annoying calls I get every day by around 95%.
To just block a single number wouldn’t be anywhere near as effective.
Brilliant app and everyone could benefit from understanding how these spammy call centres use consecutive number ranges to avoid the single number block.
Get it, block those ranges and get some peace back!!!!
Almost perfect!
This app is great! Being able to block the range of numbers that a scammer is calling from is, pretty much, the only feature I want from a call blocker... yet so many don’t have it. This fixed my spam call problem instantly; AND it is unintrusive, and free! Thank you so much for this!
If I could suggest one feature for the future: I think it would be quite nice to be able to see how many calls it has blocked (even if it were just a simple running tally).
It actually works!
The beauty of this app is that you can black a range of numbers. There’s this company keeps calling me and every time is a different but the first 5 digits were always the same. So I did the range and instant no more calls. I cannot believe it. It’s free. It’s brilliant. Thank you so much for this. I was getting very anxious with all the spam calls I was getting and it was almost harassment and this app stopped it for me! Thanks a million.
