The best Calisthenics app I’ve tried
I’ve tried pretty much every Calisthenics app: Mad bars, Calisteniapp, Thenx list goes on. Some are good. But all of them lock you into a programs
or routines that provide no adjustability. The difference with this app is once you’ve configured your program it’s easy to adjust if there’s a change in circumstance, so that you keep up progress and focus with out needing to leave the program and or have multiple on the go. For example some days I only have a set of rings to workout on, sometimes I have a full gym. Some days I have more / less time. Sometimes I’m injured. The ability to make adjustments as I go keeps my workouts productive, keeps them interesting, being able to regress / progress certain exercises is awesome in managing injuries or making solid improvements. The incorporation of skills, proper warmups, mobility encompasses all the critical aspects that are required to train effectively, often neglected by other apps.. leading to injury. I can’t rate this approach highly enough, but well done! Also the developer is very responsive to contact for reporting bugs/features, ask questions. A big Thanks.
In depth program and very personalised
I started using simple calisthenics and it has really helped me get back into calisthenics. The programs are very easy to follow and the progressions are super helpful. Its helped me stay consistent and definitely recommend!
Good app that enables progression and regression
Good app that helps with progression or regression exercises. The downside is when you miss a session and the schedule doesn’t like it. Text is small and the demo video gets hidden as you input data which is annoying.
