I like the app na fits easy to use but I have been having issues with topping up since i downloaded today for the first time. It won’t allow me to purchase anything

Wanted to watch drama, but unable to purchase coins to watch paid episodes. App just froze and left nowhere to go for assistance.

Surprised if they make any money since it's impossible to buy anything in app.
