Shippr 17+

I have never experienced such incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction as I have with Shippr. Despite providing clear evidence of technical issues with my account, the support team chose to ignore the problem and instead blamed me for an incorrectly entered email address. This level of negligence is unacceptable from a service that claims to prioritize customer satisfaction.

Furthermore, attempts to resolve the issue were met with dismissive responses and a complete lack of accountability. It's evident that Shippr's support team lacks the necessary skills and professionalism to handle even the most basic technical issues.

I strongly advise against using Shippr for any delivery needs, as their inability to address technical problems effectively makes them an unreliable and frustrating service to work with. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for a more competent and customer-focused delivery platform.

I started working in January in the car mode to make deliveries, then the demand was low or null, I decided to take out insurance for another vehicle since the support told me that there was a volume of work to do on a motorcycle, coincidentally there was none. and the result was a conversation indicating. They only had work for a van (go to hell) do they want me to buy a van? 😂

I completed a job on 6th aug what was the worst job ever… collecting 30 large boxes of fish in water … was told I must enter the kitchen and hand carry box one after the other to the van

Anyway, I completed job 6aug, now 9th sept .. no payment … I managed to get a VAT invoice last week saying payment is due in another 2 weeks 😂 but no VAT applied …
