Good app to have on your computer or phone but does not take into account public holidays and adjust timetables accordingly leaving the public confused
Unreliable
Do not rely on this app. Yet again I have arrived at a bus stop, Voe, planning to take the bus due at 14:30 according to the app, to Lerwick. The paper timetable at the bus stop advises this bus actually leaves this stop at 14:50. This isn’t typo. I have compared other bus timings whilst I wait, and they are generally wrong. It would be better to give no information than the wrong information.
A joke
The app hasn’t been working at all for weeks if not months and they never keep the timetables up to date anyway so it would be a waste of time even if it was working.
