• You can subscribe for unlimited access to all features within Seen.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually at the rate selected depending on the subscription plan. Alternatively a one-time payment plan is available (this is not a subscription).
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the cost of the chosen package, unless cancelled 24-hours in advance prior to the end of the current period. The subscription fee is charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. You may manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase. Per Apple policy, no cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period. Once purchased, refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term.

Inconsistent & over priced
Three times now the app has downloaded stories with no images and when I go back in the programme thinks the photos are still there, but you can’t see them. So you have to go back to the beginning and redo from the start. Once I could have put down to a glitch, twice to bad luck but three times in an hour is a problem.
It doesn’t crash or give any indication, it just doesn’t work.
A lot of the templates you can’t change colours on all the areas which actually means they can’t be personalised at all except with photos — and there are plenty of other apps which allow for both. It seems an odd choice to make such beautiful templates but not have them fully customisable with the colour options that are installed. Perhaps limit for the free version, but for the price, one would expect to be able to make these basic changes.
The templates look so beautiful and it has a really easy, pleasant interface, but the limitations and irregularities, for the price, just don’t seem worth it. A shame.
Update: Also — 1) there’s no way to revoke access to your photos in app once you have authorised they can have it to randomise templates over them. If you revoke access in settings you then can’t upload! Catch 22
2) when saving videos — press ‘more’ tour device tells you it’s saving the photos, but nothing happens. Where are your photos being saved to?
