The Secure Trust Bank Mobile Banking app is available to help our Savings customers manage their money on the go.
From the App you can:
• Log on quickly and securely with Face ID or Touch ID
• Check your balances and current interest rates
• View your recent transactions
• Make and authorise payments (Subject to specific account type)
• View Statements
• Send us a Secure App Message
Before you log in
You must be registered for Internet Banking and have an account with us to log in to the App.
You also need to have an up-to-date mobile number registered on your account.
You will need your existing Membership ID and Password to log into our App for the first time.
For Joint accounts, both customers must have downloaded the App to allow all features to be used.

Hopefully the app gets updated soon with more features like an automatic time out feature and maybe dark mode but for now it’s exactly what I’m looking for.

No way to mark Notifications as read
Having installed the app and logged in, I saw some notifications so viewed them a d saved the statements. It still shows me the same notifications, and I can see no way to clear them.
Which is going to make it harder to spot future notifications.

very slow to resolve issues
A joint account requires approval from two people to transfer money, unlike other banks which are more convenient. If the second person has not registered for online banking or has forgotten their memorable word, they need to mail a copy of their driver's license to resolve the issue. This process is very troublesome and time-consuming, especially when we urgently need the money. The entire procedure is too outdated.
