Awful awful awful
I used your bet tracker app for the first time to scan a ticket and watch for cash outs. The app crashed and when I downloaded it again it won’t allow me to scan my ticket (says already scanned) it isn’t anywhere on the app tho. The ticket will be useless in shop if saying already scanned. What should I do. Asking the staff for help is pointless as they haven’t a clue!! I’ve a winning ticket and can not collect it!!!?
Not working
App does not work try to scan tickets keeps showing error. Also when you scan your ticket and you go back to track it the bet has disappeared and won’t let you scan ticket again. Worst app ever

Thanks for giving us two stars then if it wouldn't let you scan any bet tickets! Hopefully that issue has since been solved and you are able to track your bets outside the SG betting shop regularly.
