Ratings and Reviews
Good but repetitive
This game is good and challenging, I like that I can take it at my own pace and with 90% of the levels you don’t need to use any of the extra “help” features. However this is nitpicking but when you’ve done around 500 levels they just start giving you a lot of the same levels you’ve already completed but with different coloured nails, so I wouldn’t mind abit of a change up or maybe I’m completing the levels too quickly (probably not) and I know it’s probably hard to create more than 700 unique levels but at least repeat every 100 or more so it’s not so obvious. Anyway I’ll still play and enjoy this game and would recommend it to someone who is normal (I tend to hyper fixate on new games and do it very fast lol) and completes games at a normal pace and probably won’t realise that levels are repeating haha.
Waste of time
The developer’s either didn’t bother to make sure the levels were actually possible or it’s a deliberate choice. Either way most levels are impossible without using an item and the main way to get an item to use is to watch an ad. Coincidence? I think not.
And let’s be clear here. This isn’t a “skill issue”. The colour of the screws are randomly assigned for each level but the positions are not. There are structure that force you to dismantle it sequentially in order to unblock the screws to disassemble the next part. What seemed to keep happening “accidentally” was that one or both of the designated boxes had a coloured screw that was only accessible on the last block in the “chain” so it was mathematically impossible to remove less than five screws to reach the block with the desired screw. Hence instant automatic loss UNLESS…you decided to use a special item by watching a 80 second ad.
TLDR game forces you to watch a 80 ad minimum each level to make the levels possible to complete. Makes the game very unsatisfying and unenjoyable to play.
Good but needs tweaks
I enjoy this game but there are quite a few levels at the start that aren’t possible to complete without unlocking extra boxes or using boosts. The placement of the boost boxes at the bottom of the screen is annoying as they interfere with gameplay. You struggle to access screws hidden behind them and/or accidentally use boosts you didn’t need (probably intentional by the developers). There should be more of a gap between these and the puzzle. There also aren’t indefinite landscape scenes to unlock. When you complete a scene using the starts, you get boosts. Once you unlock the last one you just keep accruing stars that you can’t use, including winning them on the wheel spin, which is a totally useless prize if you can’t use it. Surely someone could design more landscapes to use these on?
