I have an I phone that is under and iPhone 8. Those phones do not support the apple update OIS 13. My phone works fine. I tried to download the older version as per the instructions on the app but it won’t let me. I emailed SC and to this point have offered me no solutions that does not involve me having limited access to my money and no international transfers. I really hope SC make the old app available for those who have older phones that work fine.

Worst banking app I’ve ever used
Your credit card transacactions take a few days to load and when you get your bill it never just gives you a complete breakdown. You need to actually filter out the dates. It is all much more cumbersome to do bank transfers. I have other local banking apps from Vietnamese banks which are much better. All in all, I find this app very frustrating.
