Sannce Vision 4+

I’ve read a review from someone with the same problem, I had my Sannce security system setup about 8 months ago with everything working perfectly.

In the last month the push notifications no longer work so I do not get any alarm alert on my phone anymore, hopefully this is something that will be fixed soon.

I wanted to save some videos today from watching the playback and manually recording the bits I wanted. This worked and the videos appear in the local record. When you try save them to your own phone album it says saved successful. But they are not in the photo album. (iPhone or iPad I tried both).

If you go into settings on your Apple device and find sancce vision, there’s an option to allow photos ONLY. There’s no option for videos.

This needs to be addressed quickly. And then it will be ok.

Backing up on the recorder using a hard drive in struggling with too. It has crashed my recorder every time I plug it in and press detect. This could be because I have used the usb harddive on a Mac. I will try one that is for windows. At the moment this is the only way I can see I will have access to my videos, until then I can’t share them or distribute or use for myself.

Worked first time out of the box, apart from a mysterious failure to initially connect to my iPhone. The App kept calling for a password but refused to accept it. After leaving the system for thirty minutes to have a coffee it was able to visualise the video without problems (but didn’t ask for a password). Strange! Overall, an intuitive interface and considerably better than my failed Lorex system.
