Clunky!!
So clunky compared to the previous xpand software. Using the previous xpand software you could scroll through from one picture to the next. In this one you have to open each one individually, close it, go back back and open the next one - so clunky compared to the old version!
Updated app is useless - please fix this
Sandisc - I don’t buy a memory stick in order to need to update using an app - I simply buy one in order to STORE data. Having just updated and downloaded your new app it does not recognise the photos of the Sandisc which before, always worked fine. This is completely ridiculous and renders your product basically useless. I will not pay money, update by a new phone, or other things - just to continue to store data on your product - I will look for another product. Please try and sort this out before the 3rd march - when it says the other app will no longer work.
Useless for file management
You can’t select files and email them direct as you might from the iOS native Files area, or like you used to be able to do with the original app. You can’t copy files from the disk to your Files either as none of the files are listed as supported (despite the fact they do open on my phone). So I’m left with files I can’t access unless I use a laptop. Which is pretty much negates the point of having this app on my phone.
