Salud Responde es una aplicación indicada para acceder al catálogo de servicios del que dispone Salud Responde.
Esta "app" está dirigida a todos los usuarios que desean tener de una manera fácil el acceso a la solicitud y modificación de citas médicas primarias en el Servicio Andaluz de Salud, y obtener acceso a los contenidos de interés sanitario de los que dispone Salud Responde.
El uso de esta aplicación no sustituye la relación médico-paciente.

Problems with registration
Had the app on my iPhone 11 and myself and husband were registered and had frequently used it in the past with no problems. Had several problems recently with the app not working correctly, so decided to delete it and re-install. The App installs but when I try to register and put my details in and press ‘guardar’ nothing happens. I have tried dozens of times with both mine and my husbands details but the same problem.
App keeps crashing
Fine until 1 week ago. Suddenly white screen. Deleted app and re input. Fine for about 15 mins, then again crashes. Switched iPhone 14 off and restarted with same result. Deleting app completely and physically going to surgery. A nuisance but no other way.
App does not work
Has usual I find the online services here rarely function correctly. This is app yet is not work on iOS.
